Water Taxi

Yes, if you are entering BVI waters through USVI or exiting the BVI and departing to the USVI, passports are required.

Passports are not required when chartering through BVI waters.

Captain fees, fuel charges, international processing fees and water

Yes, 50% deposit is required to secure all reservations made more than 48 hours before the departure date and time. If the reservation is made within 48 hours of departure the full price of the reservation is required.

If the reservation is cancelled 7 days before the departure date and time, there will be a full refund of the 50% deposit.

If the reservation is cancelled within 6 to 2 days of the departure date and time 50% of the cost of the reservation will be levied (i.e., the 50% deposit will be retained by Allure Charters).

If the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the departure date and time 100% cost of the reservation will be levied.

International Processing Fees cover the Customs Clearance Out, Customs Clearance In, St. Thomas Dockage, BVI Port Fee, Cruising Permits, Environmental Levi, USVI Port Fee, BVI & USVI Port Passenger Tax.

No, however, we can recommend a private taxi service who will take you to our boat. All fees in relation to same should be paid to the taxi service directly.

BVI Customs in Road Town currently closes at 8:00PM - so if we have to apply for a late clearance (which can only be done the day of the transfer), there may be an additional fee of $20.00 per person. We recommend booking a flight into that St. Thomas that lands no later than 3:30-4:00PM. Similarly, your departure flight out of St. Thomas should be no earlier than 1:00PM.

Charters

Captain fees, fuel charges, a selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, access to our sound system, cruising permits, National Park fees and snorkeling equipment is included on all charters.

Yes, if there are no safety issues in changing routes once we have set sail, our captain can change routes but may charge extra depending on the request made

No, unfortunately food is not included but we can recommend the best spots to get something to eat on each island.

Gratuity is at your discretion, but our captains would be very appreciative if you do tip. Market standard is usually between 10-20%.

No, our charter prices and water taxi transfers are all inclusive

No, we welcome all ages and have life jackets on board for all sizes.

We have life jackets on board (varying sizes), as well as all safety equipment ranging from flares, fire extinguishers, VHF radios, first aid kits etc. Our boat is fully insured, licensed, and only operated by experienced licensed captains.

Smoking is NOT allowed on, or near, our vessels.

While we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date , we do accept last-minute reservations, subject to availability.

We accept credit card payments and cash. Details will be provided during the booking process.
Yes, we can arrange catering, beverages, and other special services upon request. Let us know your preferences, and we'll make the necessary arrangements.
